Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in selling our marketing and development services. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, converting hot leads, and leading a sales team to achieve sales targets. Your expertise in marketing and development services, coupled with your professional communication skills, will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Conversion:

  • Actively sell our marketing and development services to prospective clients.
  • Convert hot leads through effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our services and capabilities.

Market and Service Knowledge:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of marketing and development services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their performance.

Business Analysis and Documentation:

  • Analyze client business requirements and develop compelling proposals and other relevant documents.
  • Prepare detailed business analysis reports to support decision-making processes.

Communication:

  • Exhibit professional level spoken and written English skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Deliver clear and persuasive sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and development services, preferably at an agency level.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling services and converting leads.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis and proposal writing.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
