Designation: Business Development Manager
Experience: 3-10 years from the relevant industry
Location: Mumbai, Andheri East.
As a Business Development Manager , you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your strategic insights and ability to present tailored solutions will be crucial in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
What are we looking for?
Cloud: Promote and sell cloud computing solutions from AWS, GCP, and Azure to enterprises across various industries.
Cybersecurity: Proven experience of at least 2 years in B2B sales within the cybersecurity sector, particularly in network, application, and endpoint security .
RPA: Promote and sell automation solutions from uiPath/Automation Anywhere/ WorkFusion/Cyclone Robotics/Rocketbot to enterprises across various industries.
"The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals."
(KRA/KPIs) for Business Development Manager includes:
1. Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and cloud adoption goals.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering valuable insights and guidance on the products.
Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
2. Solution Sales:
Drive the promotion, sale, and renewal of platforms, services, and licenses.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations, effectively addressing client concerns and objections.
Customize sales approaches based on client feedback, ensuring the proposed solutions align with client business objectives.
3. Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about the latest advancements in technology and industry trends.
Identify emerging market opportunities and relay actionable insights to internal teams for product and service enhancements.
Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
4. Sales Targets:
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the Business Unit.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking and reporting on performance metrics and opportunities.
Implement and optimize sales strategies to drive higher conversion rates and maximize deal closures.
5. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, cloud architects, and customer support, to deliver clients comprehensive and tailored cloud solutions.
Foster a collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing and teamwork drive success in achieving client satisfaction and business objectives.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
