1. **Field Visits and Client Engagement:**
- Conduct regular field visits to engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their marketing needs and presenting our experiential solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular face-to-face interactions and personalized communication.
2. **End-to-End Client Coordination:**
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial client contact through to project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, provide tailored proposals, and ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and addressing any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
3. **Sales and Follow-Ups:**
- Drive the sales process by identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales pitches, and negotiating contracts.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely closure of deals and achieve sales targets.
- Regularly update clients on project progress, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any feedback or concerns.
4. **Payment and Contract Management:**
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of payment processes, ensuring timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Oversee contract administration and ensure all agreements are executed as per the terms.
5. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
- Prepare and present sales reports, including forecasts, performance metrics, and insights to the senior management team.
6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to help refine marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the experiential marketing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
