Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships:
  • Identify, approach, and onboard key partners such as media agencies, marketplaces, and technology enablers to extend AiSensy’s reach.
  • Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
  • Revenue Growth through Partnerships:
  • Drive revenue generation by collaborating with partners to create growth opportunities.
  • Focus on establishing strong, revenue-driving partnerships to ensure mutual success.
  • Partner Enablement:
  • Educate partners on AiSensy’s offerings, ensuring they are equipped to promote and sell effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support to partners, helping them meet their business and sales targets.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management:
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners, ensuring proper tracking and management using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Continuously monitor and report partnership metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Market Expansion:
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to enter and expand within them through partnerships.
  • Leverage partnerships to drive geographical and sector-specific expansion.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to provide seamless experiences for partners.
  • Share valuable market feedback to help refine AiSensy’s offerings and improve partner relationships.


Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing successful partnerships.


  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM tools, with a data-driven approach to partnerships.


  • Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of SaaS solutions, partnership models, and business development strategies.
  • Experience in digital marketing or customer engagement solutions is an advantage.
