Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Executive - Client Onboarding to lead the onboarding experience for our new clients. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration and delivering an exceptional first impression of AiSensy’s solutions. The ideal candidate will have a knack for guiding clients through technical setups, providing support, and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including setup, training, and implementation of AiSensy’s platform.
- Customer Training: Conduct in-depth training sessions to ensure clients can effectively use the platform and maximize its benefits.
- Integration Support: Assist clients in integrating AiSensy’s platform with their existing systems and tools.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients during the onboarding process promptly and professionally.
- Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine onboarding processes to enhance the client experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect client feedback during onboarding to provide insights to product and technical teams for improvement.
- Documentation: Create and update client onboarding guides, FAQs, and other helpful resources to streamline the process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years in customer onboarding, technical support, or customer success roles.
- Previous experience in SaaS or technology-driven companies is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with onboarding tools and CRM platforms.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
