Purpose of the Job:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external recruiting partners to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Work Experience: 6-7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or recruitment specialist, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Solid negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables):

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Manage candidate feedback and communication, ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiate job offers, including compensation packages and start dates, in collaboration with hiring managers and HR.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the employer brand.
