At EasyTech IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. , we are building EasyHealths – India's first graphical, intuitive healthcare aggregator platform. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to help doctors, diagnostics, hospitals, and clinics digitize their services, reduce costs, and reach more patients effortlessly.
We already have strong traction in West Bengal, and now we are preparing for our biggest growth phase starting November 2025.
To make this happen, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Professional who can confidently sell our B2B SaaS healthcare solutions , close deals with ease, and drive exponential business growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and approach doctors, clinics, diagnostics, hospitals, and nursing homes.
- Research and qualify leads across Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities.
- Consultative Selling
- Present EasyHealths solutions to decision-makers (owners, directors, CXOs).
- Clearly demonstrate ROI: how we cut manpower costs by 60% and increase revenue.
- Sales Closure & Revenue Growth
- Negotiate contracts and subscription plans.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management
- Build strong long-term partnerships with clients.
- Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
- Strategic Contribution
- Share market insights to shape our sales strategy.
- Act as a bridge between clients and our product team.
Candidate Profile – What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare SaaS, diagnostics, pharma, or related industries.
- Track Record: Proven success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare service providers' needs.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Mindset: Self-driven, ambitious, and able to thrive in a startup environment.
- Network: Pre-existing healthcare connections will be a strong advantage.
