
Sales Enablement Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to empower our QA teams with test automation at speed and scale. Our platform allows users to author test cases using plain English statements and run tests across thousands of browsers and devices.
This role involves designing onboarding and training programs, creating playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product and market changes. The successful candidate will also align sales process with buyer journey, closing skill and content gaps across the funnel.
The ideal candidate should have 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales, strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS is a must.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires and upskill existing team members.
- Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product and market changes.
- Align sales process with buyer journey, closing skill and content gaps across the funnel.
- Partner with GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success.
- Support product launches and GTM initiatives with relevant messaging and resources.
- Own enablement metrics (ramp time, attainment, content usage) and drive measurable impact.
- Evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows.
- Act as a coach and trusted advisor to reps, helping them grow and close better.
- 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience a plus).
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
