Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Solution Enablement Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Solution Architect in various capacities, including solution design and approval processes.

Your day-to-day activities may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyzing project needs, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in delivering exceptional results as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Collaborate with team members to drive success and manage team performance.
  • Take ownership of critical team decisions and contribute to key strategic initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization and participate in decision-making processes.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems affecting immediate and multiple teams.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and insights from stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality project documentation and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
