Description:

This is a senior role where you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, focusing on product solutions. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality product demonstrations, installations, and configurations.

You will have the opportunity to lead various projects and technologies, including QAMS, DMS, and LIMS, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve complex issues. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with customers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different customer requirements. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate advanced product features and capabilities to customers
  • Perform comprehensive site installations and configurations
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer business objectives and technical requirements
  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide training and support to end-users on product solutions
  • Offer expert onsite assistance and customer call handling

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel for implementation, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
