We are seeking a senior product leader to oversee the development of our counter-terrorism solution.

This role involves driving the strategic direction of the product, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of our government and defense agency customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, data science, and UX teams to design and deliver solutions that meet high-value threat detection, correlation, and investigative workflows.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to national security and lawful intercept.
  • Track market trends, competitive offerings, and geopolitical developments to inform long-term product strategy.
  • Support business development and sales efforts through product demonstrations, RFIs/RFPs, and strategic input.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in security, intelligence, or enterprise software domains.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking; ability to break down complex workflows into intuitive features.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with or within government, defense, or national security environments is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with surveillance platforms, NDR, lawful intercept, or OSINT systems is a bonus.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance is a plus but not required.
