About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Creative Leader to join our team and lead the development of innovative campaigns that drive business impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative leadership, with experience in developing and executing strategies that align with the company's brand vision and business goals.

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's brand, vision, and business goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of creatives, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure words and visuals work seamlessly together.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop innovative content and experiences.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Work on integrated campaigns, from digital and social media to TVCs, print, and beyond.
  • Manage resources efficiently.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development.
  • Proven ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to convey ideas effectively.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to navigate challenges creatively.
