Role Overview:

We seek a creative professional to lead graphic design projects, ensuring alignment with clients' brand identities and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client briefs into compelling visual solutions, showcasing creativity while staying true to brand guidelines.
  • Develop diverse design work, including branding, digital, web, and motion graphics, for varied clients and projects.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, setting deadlines and meeting client expectations.
  • Lead team members in collaborative environments and provide guidance and mentorship.
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality design work.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a creative role, demonstrating growth and leadership in design positions.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing varied design work, highlighting expertise in branding, digital, web, and motion graphics.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with knowledge of AfterEffects being a plus.
  • Strong ability to think creatively, provide unique solutions, and align design with business objectives.
  • High level of accuracy in design work, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of brand identity, including typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
