Solution Expert for Supply Chain Planning

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain consulting group, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements.

You will lead discovery sessions, present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse, and develop comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Your responsibilities will include creating detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities, working closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions, and configuring and customizing Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and supply chain requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.
  • Present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.
  • Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions.
  • Collect feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements.
