Position: HR Generalist & Office Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Generalist with experience in office administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Handle employee records, payroll processing, and leave management.

• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.

• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.

• Plan and execute employee engagement and team-building activities.

• Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Office Administration Responsibilities:

• Oversee office supplies and maintain inventory levels.

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.

• Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and equipped for productivity.

• Coordinate with IT and facility management teams for office-related needs.

• Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

• Monitor and manage budgets for administrative functions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in HR and office administration roles.

• Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
