Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our growing organization and to develop your HR career.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2. Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Promote a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
3. Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, including training managers on evaluation procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
4. Compliance and Policy Administration:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
5. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and assist in the coordination of training programs and workshops.
Support the ongoing professional development of employees through mentorship and coaching initiatives.
6. HR Projects:
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, including diversity and inclusion efforts, employee surveys, and benefits administration.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,.
2-3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (experience with (specific HRIS software) is a plus).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
