Ltd.About us:Z Guard is a fast-growing Home & Hygiene Care brand offering:Liquid Laundry Detergents & Fabric CareFloor & Bathroom CleanersDishwash & Multi-Surface CleanersGlass & Kitchen Hygiene ProductsNatural Mosquito & Insect RepellentsWe supply to:Hotels • Resorts • Hospitals • Educational Institutions • Corporate Facilities • Food & Pharma Plants • Industrial Housekeeping Contractors.Key Responsibilities:· Develop & manage Institutional Sales across South India.· Use your existing network in:· Hotels & Resorts· Hospitals & Healthcare Chains· Facility Management Companies (Sodexo, ISS, BVG, G4S, etc.)· Corporate Admin & Industrial Procurement· Conduct product demos & trials at customer sites.· Manage price negotiations, vendor registration & annual rate contracts.· Appoint and manage dealers / distributors / corporate supply partners.· Hire, guide & review Sales Executives / Territory Officers as the team grows.· Achieve monthly revenue & collection targets.Required Profile· 3–10+ years of Institutional / Facility / Hotel / Hospital / Industrial B2B Sales.Must have active contacts of:· Purchase Managers· Housekeeping Managers· Facility Management Vendor Networks· Strong deal closing & negotiation capability.· Willingness to travel across South India.
