As part of the Randstad HR operating model and under HR transformation project, a sizable set of Internal Talent Acquisition (ITA) support and administrative activities are being centralized under GCC Hire to Retire (HTR) group. The goal is to build a centralized and operational ITA delivery support team, aligned to our global Talent CoE processes and policies to serve our in-country and specialism aligned internal HR and ITA requirements. This initiative is expected to drive pace and precision in recruitment coordination, sourcing, scheduling, compliance, documentation preparation and other end to end ITA activities depending on the market and /or global business lines.

To lead the above portfolio, we propose to hire a senior Talent Acquisition professional who will lead GCC ITA delivery for a few of the India entities focusing on providing operational leadership. The GCC ITA delivery leader will drive ITA delivery through focused sourcing, scheduling and other ITA activities, supporting a creative and compelling employer and employee value proposition.

This role reports into the Global ITA Delivery Leader in GCC Hyderabad.


priorities for the role include:

operational excellence

  • Own the entire gamut of Talent Acquisition operations for Randstad Global Capability Center and Randstad India Market
  • Set up the sourcing delivery model to support regional and business ITA outcomes
  • Be responsible for hiring across, junior, lateral and campus programs for these entities
  • Drive Internal Talent Acquisition strategy and ensure seamless execution with the aim to deliver positive business outcomes
  • Utilise data and analytics to drive GCC ITA decisions and strategies.
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in the recruitment support process, assuring diverse candidate long lists and supporting non-bias selection of candidates.
  • Conduct regular audits of recruitment support processes and practices.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition delivery.
  • Demonstrate inspirational leadership by leading by example.

developing team capabilities

  • Manage a team of 30+ Associate/ Recruiters who will be responsible for delivering for a segment of the business
  • Serve as a mentor to the rest of the recruiting team through leading by example, sharing best practices, and a resource for questions and guidance
  • Provide meaningful insights to the ITA team and wider business to create a culture of data curiosity for continuous improvements
  • Directly managing a growing team, whilst working closely in a matrix environment with the wider ITA and HR teams

talent attraction

  • Participate and support the development of the Randstad India EVP in collaboration with Business leaders and HRBP functional leaders across entities
  • Support delivery the talent attraction strategy including strategic use of the careers pages, social channels and job boards.
  • Support delivery of all employer brand initiatives and recruitment campaigns including global hiring events and meetups across all markets and global businesses to drive candidate engagement and boost media the employer brand.
  • Build diverse candidate pools, and create initiatives to attract diverse talent
  • Develop & analyse our recruitment metrics, and use knowledge, market insights and analysis to continually refine & improve the GCC talent acquisition delivery process across the whole company
  • Ensure we use the latest up-to-date salary benchmarking information provided by global rewards, when supporting ITA delivery.






stakeholder management

  • Create an ecosystem for data driven stakeholder management.
  • Present the ITA perspective in all leadership and business reviews to enable data based decisions around talent planning, challenges and opportunities
  • Work closely with the HRBP fraternity across entities to carve out clear approaches to overcoming talent challenges from a Talent Acquisition perspective

recruitment methodology

  • Support management of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment technology tools in line with our global tech stack offering.
  • Ensure that every stakeholder has a first class experience from start to finish.
  • Continuously review our process to drive improvements and change especially through the use of automation tools.
  • Ensure we have a diverse and inclusive sourcing process which is aligned to respect and enhanced local cultural expectations.


job requirements

The candidate for this role will possess and/or be able to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record in a talent acquisition leadership role in a similar industry segment. Over 15 years' Talent Acquisition leadership experience within operations and or GCC.
  • Strong operational management skills and expertise in large, complex delivery roles, across multiple work-streams.
  • Prior experience in the implementation of global systems for the talent acquisition group will be desirable.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of cultural awareness through actions and decisions within a global team.
  • A relevant graduate degree qualification.

location

The preferred location for this role is in Hyderabad or Bangalore - India. Local travel might be required.
