Role Overview
The Channel Sales Manager / Channel Activation Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling channel partner networks to maximize project sales. This includes identifying new channel partners, activating existing ones, and ensuring seamless collaboration between partners and the company.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Activation & Engagement:
Conduct regular partner meets, training sessions, and project briefings.
Design and implement incentive schemes for channel partners.
Drive partner activation to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong network in real estate channel sales (Delhi NCR / North India).
Proven experience in channel partner activation and management.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and growth-oriented mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
5–7 years of experience in Real Estate Channel Sales.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000/month (based on experience).
