Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Channel Manager - Home Loans based in Gurgaon. The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with channel partners, driving sales through these channels, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, managing the sales cycle, and providing support to channel partners to increase home loan business.

Qualifications

  • Channel Sales, Sales, and Sales Management skills
  • Experience managing relationships with Channel Partners
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the financial services or home loans industry is a plus
