Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee and drive our sales team within the dynamic and creative industry of interior design. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the design services market. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional client service that aligns with our company's brand and values.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management:

  • Supervise and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and client-focused team culture.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.

  • Identify market trends and customer needs to create targeted sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.

  • Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and networking functions.
  • Handle high-value leads and complex project negotiations.

  • Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Track, analyse, and report on sales metrics and team performance.

  • Forecast revenue and set goals to drive business growth.
  • Use CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and client information efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in interior design segment, architecture, or luxury real estate.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to understand design concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the interior design industry, including materials, vendors, and project lifecycles.
  • Experience managing B2B and B2C sales in a service-driven environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
