Role Overview
We're hiring a
Sales Team Lead
to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You'll lead from the front while building and managing a high-performing sales team, ensuring every customer interaction delivers impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own
Tele Sales (Inbound, Outbound & Chat)
for customer acquisition & retention. - Recruit, train, and lead a growing sales team.
- Coach team on product knowledge & sales pitch.
- Solve customer concerns and clearly communicate Noa's benefits.
- Achieve monthly revenue & acquisition targets.

You Should Apply If
- 2–4 yrs B2C sales experience (Health / Wellness preferred).
