Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales executives and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline and daily activities using CRM tools.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Product, and Operations) for smooth client onboarding.
  • Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and prospects.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on team performance, KPIs, and revenue generation.

Key Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a high-growth or tech-driven environment.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in handling or mentoring junior team members (formal team lead experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with working knowledge of CRMs, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Performance Expectations

  • Meet or exceed team sales targets consistently.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to sales SOPs, reporting, and client documentation.
  • Increase lead conversion rates and reduce sales cycle time.
  • Improve team productivity through regular coaching and performance management.
  • Maintain a professional tone and communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communication, and deal closures.
