Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to join our Paid Media department as a Lead. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Media campaigns across diverse platforms and industries. In this role, you will drive the company's digital marketing strategy, lead a talented team, and help achieve ambitious business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Lead a team of Paid Media specialists to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Paid Media with a proven record of driving successful campaigns.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team of 3–4 members and managing a portfolio of at least 10 accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding a team of Paid Media specialists.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
