Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive for our Noida Sector 60 branch, with enriched experience in generating leads across various segments. This role focuses on identifying high-quality prospects that empower the sales team to convert opportunities into revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to researching markets, engaging prospects, and contributing to the company's growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities across different segments.- Conduct market research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to generate leads.- Qualify leads by analyzing their requirements and ensuring alignment with BIS services.- Client Engagement:- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and position BIS services as ideal solutions.- Maintain regular communication with potential clients, updating them about services and offers.- Data Management & Reporting:- Maintain and update lead generation activities in the CRM system.- Provide regular reports on lead performance, including conversion rates and prospect feedback.- Collaboration & Strategy:- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and generate quality leads.- Market Insights:- Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, and experience in B2B services or BIS services will be an added advantage.- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques across multiple segments.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
