Business Development Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating leads for our business. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base and achieving sales targets by effectively communicating our products and services to new prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services/products.- Engagement: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s offerings and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.- Lead Generation: Qualify leads through strategic questioning to assess their interest and ability to purchase.- CRM: Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.- Follow-up: Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with qualified leads, ensuring continuous engagement.- Achieve KPIs: Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets such as call volume, lead conversion rate, and sales appointments set.- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and lead generation.- Graduation in any specific field.
