We are looking for a driven and client-focused Retail Sales Manager to join our asset management team. This role involves managing and growing retail sales across multiple distribution channels, including banks, distributors, independent financial advisors (IFAs), and direct investors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of the company’s mutual funds and other investment products across retail channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including banks, national distributors, IFAs, and direct clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and product presentations to educate partners and clients on investment solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and execute sales campaigns tailored to different channels.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and client feedback to refine strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes in all sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 4-6 years of experience in retail sales in asset management or financial services.
  • In-depth knowledge of mutual funds, wealth management, and retail distribution channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
