Looking for an Analytics professional with 5+ years of work experience in Credit Cards Analytics in Acquisition and Account Management area for a bank/NBFC/Fintech.
Responsibilities:
Understand the core credit card business (acquisition/account management) and the levers behind various strategies.
Analyzing the impact of models/strategies in terms of profitability.
handle large amounts of data to derive business insights and create innovative solutions/models/strategies.
Clear articulation and structuring of business findings to the leadership and key partners.
Handling team of analysts and guide them in their tasks
Handle critical projects single handedly and contribute to credit card policy formulation and risk management
Skillset:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience into Credit Card Analytics (Risk domain) across at least 2 functions (acquisition/account management/collection/fraud) with a leading bank/fintech/NBFC
Experience in building credit risk models/strategies.
Experience with alternate data usage (especially in Underwriting)
Strong knowledge and working experience in SQL is a must.
Knowledge of Python is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
