RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven work experience as a CustomerRelationship Manager or similar role
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Deepunderstanding of customer service principles andpractices
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiationabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MSOffice
  • Ability to meet and exceed salestargets
  • Solid time management andorganizational skills
  • Demonstrated track recordof successful customer retention andsatisfaction
  • Experience in developing customerloyalty programs
  • Ability to work well in a teamand lead by example
  • Knowledge of marketresearch techniques and databases
  • Flexibilityto travel for client meetings orevents
  • Certification in Customer RelationshipManagement is a plus
  • Proven track record ofmaintaining and expanding customerrelationships
