About Us:

Adhoc Softwares is hiring a motivated and responsible HR Executive to manage HR operations, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and administration support in a professional IT environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HR professionals with minimum 2 years of experience to further develop their career in a growing IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Manage employee onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, leave management, and HR files
  • Implement and support employee engagement activities, internal events, and team-building initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory regulations
  • Maintain and monitor office supplies, asset management, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain employee grievance records and assist in resolving workplace issues
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, celebrations, and team activities
  • Maintain visitor logs, petty cash records, and documentations

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA - preferred)
  • Minimum years of experience in an HR Executive role
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
