Job Title: HR Executive
Location : Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, including conducting orientation and training sessions, and manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews.
- Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employees, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Performance Management:Oversee the performance appraisal system, guide managers and employees on goal-setting, and support professional development.
- Compensation & Benefits:Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- HR Policy & Compliance:Develop, implement, and update HR policies, and ensure the organization and its employees comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- HR Operations:Manage daily HR operations, maintain employee records, and monitor HR budgets.
- Training & Development:Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Engagement:Plan and implement activities to boost employee satisfaction and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Strategic Contributions:Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and contribute to organizational growth
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
