Job Description: Marketing, Promotion and Branding Expert

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job DescriptionOverview:IDC Projects Private Ltd is a boutique infrastructure consulting firm which predominantly works in the fields of project development, resource mobilisation, transaction advisory services and investment promotion. IDC is presently working in the sectors like tourism, urban, industrial infrastructure and social infrastructure etc.IDC is involved in consulting projects for development of few tourism destinations under State and Central Govt Schemes and planning employ a specialist with about 10 years of experience in various relevant subjects as defined below.Position Summary:IDC is looking to hire a creative and dynamic expert who would lead marketing and investment promotion activities for various tourism destinations and in addition to support the team in delivering various project outcomes. Below are the broad responsibilities:-

Contribute and lead, where required, to the framing of marketing plans for various tourism destinations and implementation of the same.-

Identify investment promotion activities for tourist destinations including but not limited to fundraising initiatives through CSR and non-CSR modes-

Undertake activities related to brand promotion and destination promotion through social media activities and other digital/non-digital media-

Conduct market research to identify tourist trends, preferences and competitive analysis-

Develop compelling content for marketing materials, including social media, and advertisements-

Coordinate and communicate with other experts in the team and ensure integrated client delivery-

Any additional responsibilities relating to marketing and related activities delegated by the organizationQualification:-

Postgraduate in Management/Marketing/Mass Communications/Tourism-

Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in branding, marketing and promotion of tourism destinations, products and experiences through traditional and digital media-

Worked in a managerial role for at least 5 years-

Proven ability to drive marketing campaigns from plan to close; adept with preparing presentations, developing marketing communication and other project documentation-

Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable success-

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of organizations-

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills-

Ability to think from a creative and innovative perspective-

Should be open for frequent travel based on project requirementsCompensation:-
