Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facility Head at our cold storage facility located in North Delhi (Azadpur). The Facility Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the cold storage. Key tasks include managing facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, budgeting, and optimizing resource allocation. The Facility Head will also supervise the procurement of necessary supplies and manage a team to ensure efficiency and productivity in the facility.

  • Strong Facility Management skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Budgeting and Financial Management
  • Effective Team Management and Leadership abilities
  • Procurement knowledge and expertise
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the cold storage or logistics industry is a plus
