Job Description:

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our US customers, handling inbound calls and tickets, conducting onboarding and feedback calls, and engaging in outbound activities. Your primary goal is to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls and tickets professionally.Conduct customer onboarding calls for new customers.Perform feedback and follow-up calls to gather insights and improve service.Engage in outbound calling activities to support customer relationship initiatives.Provide accurate information using appropriate tools and methods.Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.Build and sustain strong relationships through open, interactive communication.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Relationship Manager or Customer Support Associate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.Willingness to work night shifts (US hours).

Must Have:

Excellent Communications skillsAt Least 1-2 years of work experienceWilling to work 6 days a week in a fast paced startup environmentProficiency with Google sheets/ExcelMust have a Laptop for official purpose
