Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Manager
to lead our sales team to achieve business growth and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving results, and excelling in inside sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring optimal performance and motivation.Design and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve team efficiency.Monitor team KPIs and provide regular feedback for improvement.Engage with only hot and enquired leads to maximize conversions.Conduct daily communication with team members to streamline the sales process.Drive revenue growth by ensuring targets are met consistently.Regularly follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.Provide training and mentorship to team members, enhancing their skills and productivity.Coordinate with senior management to align team goals with organizational objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent qualification.Minimum 3-4+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on team management.Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi.Proven sales expertise, especially in the EdTech industry or inside sales.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Comfortable with a 6-day work week.
