We are hiring an experienced International Sales Head for our Textile manufacturing sector, based at our Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu headquarters. This executive-level role requires a dynamic leader with up to 30 years of work experience in international sales and business development. The position is full-time and involves crafting and executing sales strategies, expanding the global market footprint, and achieving revenue targets.


Exp - 15 - 25 years

Salary - 30 LPA

Notice Period - 1 month


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in global market analysis. (Mandatory skill)
  • Demonstrated capability in strategic planning to drive international sales. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and manage contracts. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong relationship management abilities to sustain and expand client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes within the manufacturing industry.
  • Effective cross-cultural communication skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
  • Leadership experience in managing and inspiring sales teams toward achieving goals.
  • Proven track record in business development and market expansion initiatives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement international sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Research and analyze global market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
  • Lead and mentor the international sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the company and its offerings.
