Job Summary:
As the HR Manager at Wellborn Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing our human resources functions. You will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, procedures, and programs, as well as fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
Employee Relations:
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Handle employee grievances and provide resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements based on feedback.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
Work with department heads to identify training and development needs for employees.
Develop and maintain performance improvement plans as needed.
Compliance and Policies:
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations and company standards.
Maintain and update the employee handbook and other HR documents.
Stay informed about labor laws and industry best practices.
Benefits and Compensation:
Manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
Administer payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Evaluate and recommend changes to the benefits package to remain competitive.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Compile and analyze HR data to make informed decisions and improvements.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR-related metrics and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
