JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager. Also be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and training initiatives. They will also oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Role & responsibilities
·      Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
·      Providing strategic guidance to top management on HR-related matters.
·      Developing HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
·      Implementing and enforcing HR policies consistently across the organization.
·      Ensuring policies promote fairness, diversity, and a positive work culture.
·      Handle grievances, disciplinary issues, and investigations in coordination with various departments.
·      Promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement initiatives.
·      Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and implementing feedback mechanisms.
·      Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits.
·      Ensuring competitive compensation packages to attract and retain employees.
·      Managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with regulations.
·      Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure the organization's HR practices are in compliance.
·      Mitigating HR-related risks by implementing best practices and policies.
·      Handling legal matters related to employment issues and ensuring proper documentation.
·      Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
·      Generating reports on key HR performance indicators for management review.
·      Using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
·      Leading and managing the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
·      Delegating responsibilities and overseeing HR operations to ensure efficiency.
·      Collaborating with other departments to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in HR, MBA, or any other equivalent.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years of HR management experience is mandatory.
- Experience in HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and drive HR initiatives.
