Growth in Overall Sales and establish with >10% Growth over Previous Year Growth in Local manufacturing through new customer and new distributor development Drive focused Industry Segment sales and marketing programs with specific target customers and executable sales plans for each segment & customer Develop and maintain welding demonstration capability within the Region to effectively support segment/process focus agenda Report Monthly / Weekly KPI reports of South team on time Job Requirements Knowledge on Welding Equipment & Applications Experience in Industry Segmented Customers Visionary and Team Player Vast experience in South Region covering Tamil Nadu , Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka
