The in-house kitchen and bakery focus on preparing wholesome, freshly baked goods and classic homely dishes using only high-quality, organic ingredients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Mitti, located in Indore. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining the restaurant’s standards of service and food quality. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer queries, hiring new team members, supervising food and beverage operations, and fostering a welcoming and efficient dining environment.QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer ServiceProficiency in team management, with experience in Hiring and staff developmentExcellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and the teamKnowledge of Food & Beverage operations and industry standardsExperience in sustainable or health-focused dining settings is a plusBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
