The ingredients used are organic, and refined sugar or processed foods are completely avoided. The in-house kitchen and bakery focus on preparing wholesome, freshly baked goods and classic homely dishes using only high-quality, organic ingredients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Mitti, located in Indore. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining the restaurant’s standards of service and food quality. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer queries, hiring new team members, supervising food and beverage operations, and fostering a welcoming and efficient dining environment. Qualifications - Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service - Proficiency in team management, with experience in Hiring and staff development - Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and the team - Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and industry standards - Experience in sustainable or health-focused dining settings is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
