Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Indore

Experience Required: Minimum 5–8 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure high-quality hospitality standards. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in managing a restaurant team, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities (KRA):Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Maintain quality, hygiene, and service standards
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and FSSAI standards

Customer Service & Experience

  • Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer feedback/complaints
  • Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement plans

Team Leadership & Training

  • Manage, train, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Schedule staff shifts and assign duties
  • Conduct performance evaluations and motivate team members

Financial & Budget Control

  • Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and billing operations
  • Control costs and reduce wastage
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Support in promotional activities and marketing initiatives
  • Manage reservations, events, and online ordering channels

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management
  • Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of F&B operations and industry trends
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • Experience in POS and restaurant management systems preferred

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
