Role & responsibilities

  1. OPSI Meeting with sales & PSI Preparation. Plan Release.

  2. Requirement generation (T, T+1, T+2, T+3 months).

  3. Rolling plan preparation & release.

  4. Weekly Production Plan Preparation & entry production order in SAP system every week as per SA.

  5. Release PR as per Weekly (D+7) Schedule. (MRP).

  6. Material Shortage review for Next 4 days plan for material execution/Inventory control.

  7. Managing and Execution of production plan.

  8. Daily co-ordination with sales team.

  9. Tracking of PO dispatch as per defined timelines & tracking.

  10. Daily updating & recover shortages- for pipeline material.

  11. Maintaining MIS from 2018(Production, Dispatch, History sheet, Plan Vs Actual Report, Weekly Order Closure, Monthly & Rolling Plan, Weekly Reports, Factory OPSI).

  12. Daily Dispatch activity Monitoring and control.

  13. Daily 2 nos. FG PSV to be done and maintain record.

  14. Timely closure of production lot orders.

  15. Monitoring & liquidation of ageing inventory with action plans.

  16. Managing BSR activities, FG allocation & DIO activities .

  17. Finalization of rolling plan.

  18. Rolling plan preparation & release.

  19. Weekly Production Plan Preparation & entry production order in SAP system every week as per SA.

  20. Vehicle arrangement for SRN defective sets from branches.

  21. Responsible for inventory data preparation with help of Stores in charge as per OPSI & rolling plan.

  22. Inventory control through co-ordination with stores and Purchase team for system and physical data match and liquidation of slow moving and non-moving items.
