Job Summary

We are looking for ambitious and motivated fresh graduates to join us as Deputy Managers in Pune, Maharastra . This role is structured to provide hands-on exposure to management practices, client handling, operations, and team coordination. It is a fast-track opportunity to develop leadership skills and grow into senior roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of daily operations.
  • Work closely with senior managers on project management, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.
  • Address and resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Understand and apply organizational policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Build leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for future responsibilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fresh graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related fields).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong learning mindset with adaptability to a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams.
