Job Summary
We are looking for ambitious and motivated fresh graduates to join us as Deputy Managers in Pune, Maharastra . This role is structured to provide hands-on exposure to management practices, client handling, operations, and team coordination. It is a fast-track opportunity to develop leadership skills and grow into senior roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily operations.
- Work closely with senior managers on project management, reporting, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.
- Address and resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, documentation, and compliance records.
- Understand and apply organizational policies, standards, and best practices.
- Build leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for future responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related fields).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong learning mindset with adaptability to a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams.
