Deputy Manager - Human Resources

Job Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for rolling out correct offers by validating offer related documents and checks, thereby maintaining sanity of the process.

Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for reviewing and auditing the offers that are sent to external hires.
- Ensure all checks are done pertaining to candidate offers and necessary approvals are taken.
- Maintain the recruitment tracker and adhere to timelines.
- Achieve assigned targets in terms of offers on a day-to-day basis.
- Guide a team of contractual employees as needed to streamline the process.
- Manage stakeholders and queries through proper coordination and timely resolution.
- Advise on process improvements as required.
- Ensure zero-error offer processing.

Key Decisions / Dimensions- Release of offers.
- Disapproving an offer based on unsatisfactory documents.
