Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage our customer relationship systems, ensure smooth client interactions, and support sales/marketing initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills, CRM tool expertise, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and maintain engagement through calls/emails/messages.
  • Track, analyse, and report customer data and sales pipeline activities.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless customer service.
  • Monitor customer feedback and assist in resolving issues promptly.
  • Support in generating reports for management on customer engagement and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • 0–1 years of experience as a CRM Executive / Customer Service / Sales Support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle data with accuracy.
