Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Executive based in Bengaluru. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experiences by updating customer records within the CRM system.They will track and analyze customer interactions, develop strategies to improve customer retention, and work closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining CRM databases, and preparing reports to track customer trends and activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and trends
- Experience in Customer Retention and improving Customer Experience
- Excellent Communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
- 1-2 years of CRM or customer support experience(freshers with knowledge of CRM tools can also apply)
- Hands on knowledge of Zoho CRM or other CRM platforms
- Basic Sales knowledge to support customer inquiries and drive satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is an advantage
