Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement CRM strategies that increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Segment customer data to create targeted campaigns that drive desired outcomes.
- Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of CRM programs and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Conduct regular analysis of customer data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all CRM activities are GDPR compliant.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to customers.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to inform CRM strategy and tactics.
- Manage the CRM database to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zoho.
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Experience working with customers in the [Insert industry/sector] is preferred.
