Sr. Business Development Manager (US Staffing) (India - Remote)

Weare looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will focus on business development activities to grow our MSP client base. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proven track record in business development, and an understanding of the staffing industry.  Candidate MUST have experience working for US-based Staffing companies and a proven track record of acquiring new MSP accounts.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing based in the US.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role, based in India . MUST work US business hours (EST/CST/MST/PST).

Responsibilities:

Learn Stage 4 Solutions’ services, processes, and systems. Build target list of Contingent Workforce leaders in Fortune 5000 companies and MSP Providers such as Magnit Global, AgileOne, Kelly, Execute business development activities utilizing cold/warm calling, email outreach, and social media (LinkedIn) to qualify leads and set appointments. Meet activity (call, email, and appointment setting goals. Provide regular reports and status updates on progress.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business development in US-based Staffing companies, reporting to a US-based manager. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Attention to detail, process-oriented, drive to succeed with a positive attitude Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) Bachelors degree, Masters preferred
