We are looking for a ERP Specialist to join our apparel retail brand. Ginesys ERP Specialist will be responsible for managing, maintaining and enhancing the Ginesys ERP system of the organization. The role involves ensuring that the ERP system meets the needs of the business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Ginesys ERP solution in the organization

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the implementation partner

• Ensure that all in-scope business requirements are implemented and tested by the implementation partner

• Work closely with the Retail Operation team to understand the business and operational needs and configure the ERP system to meet those needs

• Develop and maintain the ERP processes

• Manage day-to-day activities pertaining to Ginesys ERP as a system administrator / data guardian

• Manage item master, extracting and reviewing dashboards and reports

• Produce high-quality work with a strong focus on detail

• Provide training to store and head office users on the ERP system

• Work with Retail Operation team to understand the business and operational needs and configure the POS system to meet those needs

• Remain current on retail technology and recommend changes to achieve company goals


Qualifications:

• Possess a good understanding of retail operations and processes; experience with retail point of systems is must.

• At least 2 years of experience in administering and maintaining ERP solution for any apparel retailer

• A basic understanding of all the Ginesys ERP modules is a must

• Great attention to detail and highly organized

• Positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly

• Knowledge of E-Commerce is a plus

As a Senior ERP Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of the Ginesys ERP software to support our retail business operations. You will be responsible for leading the implementation and ensuring that all business requirements are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining the ERP system, managing master data, and providing training to users.
